Timber also known as Kosso wood is found in States like Kogi, Nassarawa, Kwara, Abuja, Niger, Benue, Cross river, Plateau, Kaduna and Taraba state in Nigeria and other West African Countries. With the best quality being sourced from Taraba, Cross river and Benue state.
It is the most sourced after product in China and Vietnam. They process the timbers into finished product and export to America, Europe and other parts of the world. Which is imported back into Nigeria and other countries as foreign furniture.
